We’re getting all of the mold under our home taken care of, along with a full crawl space encapsulation—and I’m SO thankful we know a company we can trust!

A huge thank you to Shaun Miller and his team at Foundation Solutions Group for taking such great care of us! They’ll also be installing a new crawl space door and addressing several structural issues that were discovered, including adding jack beams for additional support under several walls in our home.

There have definitely been some unexpected surprises since purchasing this house, but I’m incredibly thankful to have an honest, transparent company helping us understand what’s going on and what needs to be done.

Sometimes homeownership can be a bit messy😂

The team from FS that did the install was hard working and courteous.  They were nice to work with.  The humidity level in our crawl space fell from 84% to 52% after the Foundation Solutions encapsulation.  I have a Temp Stick monitor that trends data to my phone so I know the temperature and humidity in the crawl space.   The wood floors in our house have flattened out and are not buckled anymore.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Foundation solutions group is truly a local company, not just one with a small office here to claim they're local. It's office and shop and crew are located in Bowling Green. The Better Business Bureau shows it's been in business 6 years and does not have any complaints. I can see why.  Both the owner in the crew foreman had us show them our issues to plan and then do the work. The foreman was careful when putting in floor jacks in the crawl space to not damage floor tile in the foyer. They did a very good job with the floor stabilization and the encapsulation. The electricians that put in outlets for the dehumidifier and sump pump, who have seen many encapsulations, commented on how good it was.

He provided us before and after pictures of what our home could look like and we were immediately sold!  The only unfortunate thing is that we have to wait till November because they are so booked up!  But we are excited to transform the curb appeal for our house!

I called SIX companies in a pinch with a property we needed an inspection on.. everyone was pleasant but clear that they had no openings for days. I spoke with Shaun and he shared the same tight schedule as the others but this man called me right back and said “I want to make this happen for yall.” This company saw us as human beings and not just a number on the phone- and man… how REFRESHING. I just want to say thank you to lady who took my call, because she was genuinely engaged with my problems and concerns of our home. Not only was she incredibly friendly and very informative to answer my questions about our situation, I could tell she actually cared in helping us have peace of mind for our home in this future home project. It's so nice to talk to someone that's from our local area, that's personable and has knowledgeable on Kentucky  soil and what all water and snow can do to a foundation.
